Question: What paper are the guides printed on?
Answer: Premium grade 150gsm silk coated. This has been carefully selected for its combination of greater water resistance and strength, works with ordinary ball-point pens and gives outstanding print quality. This is a higher grade than standard log book sheets, including the refills from some of the training agencies.

Question: What type of logbook binder will the pages fit?
Answer: They fit the standard 3-ring binder format popular within the sports diving industry.
Question: Is the information accurate in the guides?
Answer: All of our authors have extensive knowledge and experience of each of the sites they have written about, some of which has never been published anywhere else before.  Additionally, all new guides pass through a series of expert reviews to ensure accruacy, and proof-reading for readability.
Question: I have detailed knowledge of a particular diving region. How can I get published?
Answer: We are always looking to develop the range of guides available to other divers. If you have detailed knowledge of a region, some sketching ability and fancy getting published internationally, as well as making some money, click on the join the team link and send us your details. We will contact you shortly afterwards to discuss further.
Question: I like the idea of writing a dive guide, but my language skills are not great.  Does it matter?
Answer: It obviously helps, but we are not looking for Shakespere’s. We have some very talented copywriters who will work with you.  Contact us to see for yourself.
Question: I am a photographer and sometimes like to dive the same site several times.  How should I record these in my logbook?
Answer: Use the dive-site guides in the usual way for the first dive. Any repeat dives can be recorded on standard blank log ‘refils’. See the shop area for these.
Question: Where else are you planning on releasing the guides for?
Answer: Our first phase of releases will see a comprehensive range of diving guides covering the Red Sea, both shore based and diving safari's (liveaboard).  The range will then be expanded to include other parts of the world, including Mexico, the UK, Far East and Medeterranean sea.  Register on the Travelling Diver website to be kept up to date with news. click here to register
